These Terms govern your use of the Roblox Media Association website. RMA is operated by Mavion Corporation / TMC.GG. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Using RMA
You may use the website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use the site to violate the rights of others.
Visitors under 13
If you are under 13, you may use the website only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the site.
Content and intellectual property
RMA’s name, branding, site design, text, and original media are owned by or licensed to Mavion Corporation / TMC.GG and their respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use site content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Third-party services
The site may link to Roblox, channel partners, or other third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. RMA is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you live. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Switzerland unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
