What we do and do not collect

RMA does not intentionally ask visitors for names, email addresses, Roblox usernames, messages, payment details, or account credentials. We do not create personal advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, request time, and security logs. That processing is not used by RMA for advertising or profiling.

No advertising tracking

RMA does not currently use advertising pixels, data brokers, retargeting, or RMA-operated analytics cookies. We do not knowingly share visitor information with advertisers. If we introduce a feature that changes this, we will update this policy first or when that feature begins.

Privacy by default

We aim to follow data minimisation, purpose limitation, and transparency: only use information genuinely necessary for a stated purpose, avoid intrusive features by default, limit access, and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. We will not publish a visitor’s personal information without a clear reason and an appropriate legal basis.

Children and parental permission

Some RMA visitors may be under 13. A visitor under 13 may use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, email us and we will investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Sharing, security, and retention

We share information only with service providers that help host or secure the site, or where required by law. We do not sell it. We retain limited technical information only for as long as reasonably needed for security, operations, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the small, informational nature of this website, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your control and rights

You can ask whether we process personal information about you and, where applicable, request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. This notice is intended to reflect the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); additional privacy rights may apply based on where you live.

Changes and contact

If RMA adds accounts, forms, analytics, or other data-collecting features, we will revise this policy so visitors can understand what changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
